Looking to hire an analyst. Things s/he would do:
> manage their own liquid book (I’ll give them $500-1M to start then grow from there; keep 20% of profits)
> stay on top of teams in the portfolio
> provide research on emerging trends and ecosystems
Ultimately I see this as a stepping stone. If they’re successful managing their book, then I’ll help them branch off and launch their own find or just give them more capital
looking for someone with experience. Priority given to on chain resume and excellent reference checks
