Parenting teens in a digital world. I love my kids, my husband & this life but am I the only one who struggles to get a word in over the din of online voices?

I'm aware the irony of my trurning to social media for advice - but I guess if there are professional opinions and similarly experienced parents around, I'd find them here!

is not available before that time. We, their parents, are being blamed for their issues because of our upbrining and our unresolved issues (their diagnosis) I just feel so ill-equipped yet still reluctant to hand-over to TicTok, etc for support! #mentalhealth

1st tweet: I'm struggling to compete with TicTok psychiatry when supporting my kids' #mentalhealth Currently trying to get psychiatric help for my 17 y/o kid with #autism, #anxiety, #gender disphoria. Help that's simply not there & all they have is TicTok to turn to! Anyone else?

Instead of making it easier for students to become psychologists, we are charging up to 15k per year for them to study. As a result, waiting lists for mental health are enormous and people from working-class communities are priced out. The government must do better!
