This journey is not about replacing anyone or chasing quick recognition but about building a pathway and producing national players for the future. Competing at the highest level of youth football in this region and one day on the world stage is part of that long‑term dream.

Coming back to @FAM_Malaysia with this role feels like coming home returning to my first roots as a coach in SSBJ more than 20 years ago. Seeing these boys back in school and having the honour to serve as their Technical Director in @NFDPOfficial is deeply meaningful.

Ending 2025 back with FAM after time in Solo and Kediri. A year away taught me resilience, clarity and gratitude. New friendships, meaningful lessons and growth along the way. Moving forward wiser and grounded. *Happy New Year everyone*.
