Not the ending I had hoped for. I set lofty goals and fell a bit short. Along the way I was able to share the ring with some of the best throwers in the country. I appreciate @coachbgilbert being in my corner every step of the way.

Jayson Tatum is reportedly lifting weights for 45 minutes, 4-5 days a week with many of those sessions happening pre-game. One of Jayson’s biggest regrets last playoffs was pulling back on his strength routine. Basketball players, use the weight room to enhance your game 💪🏻🙌🏻
