I’ll admit I’m late to the party here as an early supporter of 7 divisions. I let it play out for a couple years & I’ve done a full 180. Preaching to the choir for most of you, but there’s teams playing at Regionals this week that wouldn’t make it out of Sectionals in 4 divisions. Going to the 9 Regional games at BGSU was one of the best weeks of the year for me for the last 15 years—my excitement level for the 9 games there this week is nonexistent. Some of these games I’d put 30-pt spreads on. District Final Saturday used to be the best day of the tournament, now it’s littered with blowouts. OHSAA has completely ruined it.

At 17, Quinten Eisel suffered two strokes. He returned to the court and played better than ever. A story about resilience, gratitude, and heart. 🎥 Watch:

@MartinRPI is cooking on this beautiful Sunday morning district draw day! Maybe at least @MaxPreps will send me some royalties for using my NIL on their platforms last week...but I doubt it!

So in the 3rd year of using "the other site" to seed teams, each year has gotten less accurate than the previous. 2024: 8.8% incorrect overall, 11/34 districts 100% accurate 2025: 10.1% incorrect overall, 21/56 districts 100% accurate 2026 (D3-D7): 12.1% incorrect overall, 17/48 districts 100% accurate
