@bwjr76 @TheWVSSAC WV should have a private school league/conference like most of the surrounding states do. They play all schools, but for playoffs and Championships they have their pathway.

@TheWVSSAC if you really cared about what's best for our student athletes you wouldn't have private schools lumped in with the smallest public schools in WV.
They can freely recruit, don't have to follow the same rules as public school, but you expect us to believe this is about transfers🤣🤣. Private schools have no business playing in AA and A.
You don't care about our kids, you care about the coaches and parents who constantly cry about transfers.

Watched a small club WV team shred 3 ECNL clubs that were very good, a couple years ago. Difference was the speed of the game and ball possession. The direct soccer didn’t work…

Next ⚽️ alphabet soup tournament you attend, Walk around the fields and notice how many college coaches are NOT at the matches of the smaller clubs from less populated areas. The best player I ever discovered was found playing for a club most have never heard of & I was the only scout there @SRUSA_Official

@dubtuck @ImCollegeSoccer If they allow the player to play. There is no way they can enforce the rule against another player. It will be a true ripple effect. Just can’t see it not changing if allowed to move forward.

Big ruling by the court that JUCO athletes who play college sports can retain all 4 years of NCAA eligibility even if they play a year or two of JUCO So essentially a kid can play 6 years now. How does this affect college soccer? • This is good for 🏈 and 🏀 but it won’t affect ⚽️ that much. Soccer in America is still very much an elitist country club sport. Those kids and families don’t care for JUCO soccer. Especially on the women’s side. • Since soccer doesn’t provide full rides for everyone like your major sports do, there’s not a lot of kids that are going to stick around in college for 6 years. • There will be 35 year old internationals playing college soccer by the time they finish their 6th year 😂 • It could slow down HS recruiting once again, especially on the men’s side, but I still think your best athletes in soccer are coming right out of high school as kids don’t care for Juco soccer that much. At least not your best ones with money. • Your recruiting agencies are going to try to scam you out money by selling you on 6 years now. Are you sticking around for 6 years of college when most of it will come out of your pocket? • Unlike Juco football 🏈 and Juco basketball 🏀, Juco Soccer is still a very tough sell for an American 🇺🇸 kid. Relax everyone, it changes nothing really in our sport. Just the recruiting agency scammers are excited about this because they get to scam a kid by telling them to go the Juco route and you get 6 years now. #CSTruth

@age2come @Don_K_Williams @Jackson11Allen The NCAA rule covers all divisions on eligibility from what I just read. Asked a class mate that is an attorney. He believes if the NCAA accepts the ruling the rule will just change as they could not enforce it on others. Without legal challenges
