I’m beyond blessed and thankful to announce that I am committing to continue my academic and athletic career playing football at Valparaiso University. I want to thank God, my family, coaches, teammates, and everyone who’s been in my corner through this journey.

Coaches: You will be judged by people who know the least. They don’t come to practice. They don’t know the kids. They just watch the scoreboard. Stay grounded. Thick skin isn’t optional, it’s survival.

The assistant coach who thinks their job is to be “the players’ friend” becomes the biggest problem on the staff. Be supportive, not enabling.
