I told my wife that we are 0-3 in national championships because she is a bills fan. She quickly responded “you never sniffed a national championship game until you met me.” No truer words have ever been spoken.

I am extremely proud of our players and staff! We have battled so much adversity this season, and to play for a national championship is a reflection of their character, heart, and toughness. I have been blessed to coach several great teams throughout my career, but this team has captured my heart in the last two weeks. Nobody expected us to make the run that we did! I have said this to many people… they love each other, they have great hearts, they are unselfish, and they are resilient as hell. I’m thankful to have coached every one of these guys!! This loss hurts but God blessed us tremendously. L’s up!
