It’s super easy to learn from reading a book, but a book doesn’t talk back. The best teacher is experience and doing, especially in dealing with people. Because there is going to be dialogue, quantitative and qualitative feedback talking back at you. I’d rather experience.

Your brain uses about 20% of your energy. You become, what you give attention to. So are you using 1/5 of your energy, every day becoming a better, more full version of yourself. Or becoming the same, limited version of yourself.

Parents. You want the best for your kids right? You want them to reach their highest potential? You want them to take risks, be successful, be happy right? Did you reach your potential? Do you take risks? Are you successful and happy? Like for real? They’re going to model you.

People self sabotage because they don’t feel like they’re worth that identity when they reach their success

Be so blunt, so ruthlessly honest with yourself That you, scares, you. I’m afraid of myself. Because I’ll tell myself to stop being a wuss, stop making excuses, stop being an idiot. My self, will smack myself back into alignment. Too many people are soft on themselves.

People don’t risk in life because they’re afraid to let themselves down. We hate to let others down enough already, but letting ourselves down is a killer.

You will never reach your maximum position if you are not in your most optimal position 😮‍💨

Consistent and Constant Execution is the sole separator between those who succeed and those who truly fail. You CAN NOT fail if you never stop executing. You will have failures. But if you consistently and constantly execute after learning, It is impossible for you to fail.
