If I’m playing pick up, I’m setting an unlimited amount of screens & I’m getting WIDE open jumpers by doing that

I will never be upset for a kid or family to tell me that we weren’t the right college fit. Honesty and transparency are the key. I will always want what is best for the kid.

Tom Brady started his playoff career 5-0 with these pathetic numbers. We will never see a QB with this amount of luck ever again.

@CelticsForum0 I know man. I'm frustrated too. They can't keep losing like this. It's unacceptable. Especially at home.

I was semi impressed with Jaylen Brown's 50 pt game. Just remember he accomplished the same vs the Orlando magic many years ago. Then he never did it again until last night. Why? Because the basket is as big as the ocean doesn't usually happen for him during games. He usually has a bit of hesitation especially on c&s jumpers that causes him to miss out on performances like the one he had last night. So his 50pt performances are more of an outlier than something you can expect to happen again. I'm not sure he'll ever score 50 again. Not on the Celtics anyway. Not with Tatum coming back. Tatum in the lineup freezes JB up like a deer in headlights. That adds yet another distraction for his fragile mind to overcome and it's one too many. He struggles with overthinking without Tatum (again, especially on c&s jumpers). Another area he struggles with (usually, not last night) is driving in, going iso, and getting trapped. Never sees the trap coming. Doesn't know what he's doing. That's almost every game. Save last night's outlier. But I've always said, on years like this without the 1A, if there is another superstar (if that's what JB is) they'd turn every other game into 40 and 50 balls. He should have 5 to 10 50 balls this year IF he's that guy. But one? We saw Malachi Flynn (the white bench player) drop 50 off the bench for Detroit. He was in the zone. Hoop looked like the ocean. For JB he's had nearly 1000 games but only in 2 did he get in that zone. I'm not sold. I'm also not sold on the Celtics this year. Every season there's an overachieving team. I remember a few years ago the suns were unbearable. Won like 66 reg season games. Then when the playoffs started and good teams matched their pace, what happened? The mavs beat them by 50, in Phoenix, in game 7 😂 You guys are prisoners of the moment and that's ok. Enjoy your fun. But just remember last night was an outlier. Last night everyone was on fire btw. The whole team shot lights out esp from 3. We would've won if Jaylen score 5 points, or 50. Because everyone was hitting. His points would've just went to someone else. Its not like he scored 50 in a close fight where we needed the buckets and needed him to close. That's for the Jayson Tatum's of the world. He's done that many times. (Vs twolves, spurs etc) Last night was rec center hoops and only 1 team played with a playoff level intensity. That was the difference. And the blowout eased the pressure on everyone, including Jaylen, which enabled him to find his zone. Do it when there's pressure @FCHWPO , a real 50. Not a fake 50

People scoff at me when I say Jaylen Brown is not a top 30 player. They point to his stats this season and laugh at me. But what if I said Julius randle isn't top 30? They'd agree. Then I'd remind them how he finished 5th in MVP voting in 2020-21 (the year he got to run the offense for New York). When guys get the keys to the car they're going to put up bigger stats. But how far can certain guys really lead you? We've seen numerous times this year Jaylen get out clutched by the likes of Ant, Cade, etc. He's not on their level. And I don't believe he's top 30 when you consider the flaws in his game. The Celtics should absolutely strike while the irons hot, while his stock is up, and cash him in for whatever assets they can. No better time than right now!

@jerryferrara @TermineRadio Their schedule doesn't really get that tough until their West Coast road trip in late February. How they deal with middle of the road teams, with a few solid teams mixed in, in the meantime will tell a lot.

@jerryferrara @TermineRadio I find that hard to believe. But yes, they aren't running away with anything. Yet, they look as good as anyone in the EC, which is most important, fueled by shot creation from JB, shot making by PP/DW who started slow, and length/play finishing up/down the rotation.

@coachgantrish @TermineRadio I watch more than you I would bet. And again they have looked great the last ten. Maximizing role players and great Brown thus far. They haven’t run away with the 3 seed just yet I would chill and enjoy.
