Claude Sonnet 4.6 is the smartest Al right now. But 90% of people prompt it like ChatGPT. That's why I made the Claude Mastery Guide: → How Claude thinks differently → Prompts built for Claude → 2000+ Al Prompts Comment " Claude " and I'll DM it free.

Kettlebell training just hits different. It’s not just about building brute strength. It’s about owning how you move under load. Mobility, control, coordination, and power —all in one tool, all in one session. A well-designed kettlebell practice doesn’t just make you strong… It makes you strong in motion. It improves the way your joints articulate, how your core stabilizes, and how efficiently your entire body works as one unit. That’s the difference between being strong in the gym— and being strong in life. When time is limited, and performance matters… You need training that works smarter, not just harder. That’s where the bell shines. What’s your favorite kettlebell move that challenges both strength and mobility? #kettlebell #strength #mobility #flow #efficiency

Mobility isn’t just about moving better— It’s about living better. When your joints are restricted, your options shrink. Not just in the gym…but in life. Every ache, every stiffness, every limited range becomes a quiet thief—stealing from your energy, your confidence, and your ability to show up fully. Maintaining mobility is about preserving freedom. Freedom to get on the floor with your kids. To hike without hesitation. To throw, lift, twist, sprint—without fear or pain. You don’t have to chase extremes. But you do have to stay engaged. Grease the groove. Revisit the basics. Create space where the world has made you rigid. Because the cost of ignoring mobility? It’s not just tight hips or stiff shoulders… It’s the slow erosion of your physical potential. What part of your body is asking for more attention right now? #mobility #movement #freedom #play

A light recovery flow to loosen up after a few days of travel… Felt great to get some movement in and visit one of my favorite places on the Monterey Peninsula before tackling the rest of the day! #kettlebell #recovery #flow #monterey

Back home to connect with the people I love most and the place I grew up in… Being able to appreciate how each have supported me in becoming who I now am is something that really hits right now. It is too easy to get caught up in the tasks of everyday life and lose touch with how important it is to celebrate the little things…we don’t know how many more times we will be able to spend time with our loved ones or how many times we will be able to enjoy placing our feet on the ground of a familiar place. My mantra right now is simple…celebrate the moment 🙏🏽

I have always loved the Anne Morris quote that this excerpt is sourced from and how truly prolific it is. What goals are you committed to achieving? Are your actions in alignment with those goals? #commitment #justtakethenextstep

I have always loved the core message of this quote, but there has always been more I would follow the quote up with to better represent my point of view. I don’t believe leaders ‘create’ leaders…I believe they facilitate the development of leaders, they instill belief in those around them so they may step into leadership roles, they challenge those that they lead to think critically and form their own original thoughts as well as unique perspectives through providing supportive frameworks rather than teaching absolute truths that aren’t truly absolute. In this way, those that were willing to be led have complete ownership of the result of their hard work. Their perspectives have been vetted and they feel certain about the value of what they have discovered through the process. They are ready to share that new perspective with the world as the leader they now know themselves to be. Ultimately, the ideal end result from the relationship and process is that the original leader/teacher is challenged by the student to look at things in new ways…to now become a student of the person who has followed them. There has been no greater joy in my career than to find myself following the lead of people I have helped guide through this process. I would like to celebrate any of you who have walked this journey with me in any way…whether we only crossed paths for a short time or for years, whether I was your student or you mine, maybe we even passed the leadership batton back and forth. I truly hope any trust placed in me be part of your process has resulted in some form of meaningful growth and I would love to hear from you if so. Feel free to comment or shoot me a DM if this hits for you 👊 #leadership #mentor #education #howtothinknotwhattothink

This rotationally focused flow is a departure from yesterday’s post.. Choosing a lighter weight is important when shifting the focus from maximal tension and slower tempo within conventional ranges of motion to fluid transitions and dynamic stability in less frequently trained ranges. I have always enjoyed being able to vary my loaded training between these two focuses as they require very different but highly complimentary skillsets. Building a base of foundational strength is necessary to move progressively heavier weight and moving weight dynamically through various planes when the prerequisite skills are established provides a deeply enriching environment for learning. I enjoy flexing between these two different styles of training and will continue to do so, but am curious about what YOU enjoy or are most inspired by… Would you rather be able to move heavy weight more linearly OR lighter weight more dynamically? #kettlebell #strength #flow #juggling #windmill #snatch #curtsylunges #clean #toflowornottoflow

Working on filming a new Intro to Kettlebell Program that will provide the foundation for both linear and multi-planar strength. This short demo of a ‘technical flow’ or complex that demonstrates more control than fluidity was performed with a 48kg kettlebell and is an example of some of the strength skills that will be developed in the course. Follow the link in my bio and sign up for my email list if you are interested in learning more 👊🏽😉 The video was shot in 2018 during an @onnit kettlebell certification where I was assisting the amazing duo of Marcus Martinez and Eric Leija. What an honor it has been to share so much of my journey with amazing brands and individuals such as these! #kettlebell #strength #clean #press #squat #pushpress #row #beast #gorilla #ninja

@MPeytonCox Awesome man. I have always been a fan of the Windmill drill. It is really all about rooting into the outside of that hip and keeping most of the motion at that joint. Keep swinging!
