Working some pass pro mechanics. We’re not always going to be able to punch the chest of the defender; being able to adjust to whatever movement the defender gives you is key. @lijah18740 @RushingBrock @CordPigg

Alternate hand punches keep “one in the chamber” at all times. Defensive linemen are taught to swipe hands and if you lose both hands, it’s hard to recover. Altenate punches keep you ready and steady for battle.
