Ryan Day praised walk-on receiver Nolan Baudo, who is one of Ohio State's signalers this season, calling him "the glue" of the team. Day said he gave a speech to the team before practice on Wednesday. "He had a great motivational speech. He's kind of the glue," Day said. "Man, he's gonna make a great coach if that's what he decides to do."
