One of the most depressing things I've done in the past few weeks was exhaustively check through the status of every U20 player over in JUCO/NAIA/NCAA, and find out that, out of a LARGE contingent of players, at most 5 had played even over 10 minutes a game the past year - like -

England’s scorers in this tournament a perfect encapsulation of the varied development pathways available to English players: Kane (loans), Saka (U18s + PL2), Watkins (EFL) and Bellingham (England + overseas). Increasingly a strength of English football, with better coaching too.

@KirstyBuchanan4 Officer recruitment up and down the country is flawed, hence we are left with personal agendas being acted out with no care and attention for human welfare. My son was kicked and punched by two officers and arrested for wanting to see his daughter!! Reform is required!!
