It only takes one to crumble a culture..... In only takes one to start a movement...

One bitter player can drain a locker room. One grateful player can shift the whole culture. Negativity won’t fix itself; leaders have to: - Call it out - Replace it with belief - Model the energy they want Better > Bitter. Always.

How do you DESTROY a Team Culture?
Drip by Drip…
1. Skip reps
2. Show up late
3. Blame others
4. Take-off plays
5. Negative energy
6. No accountability
7. Sloppy in practice
8. No team cohesion
9. No communication
10. Bad body language
11. Complain about calls
How do I define Culture?
- Culture is what you allow.
- Culture is what you emphasize.
- Culture is EVERY DAY.
Protect Your Culture.
Culture WINS🏆

Vince Lombardi said, "Individual commitment to a group effort - that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work."
It means putting the team above yourself.
Commitment is choosing discipline over comfort.
5 Essentials of Team Commitment:
1. It requires trust - Trust is the foundation of every great team. Without trust, people refuse to commit and be all-in. Trust is built through honesty, consistency, and having each other’s backs. When trust is strong, teams can communicate openly and work together effectively.
2. It means having a shared purpose - A shared purpose brings people together and realize a team is bigger than one person. Commitment means prioritization and sacrifice. Ask yourself: "What am I willing to do for the team?" It means you have chosen something to fight for and you have defined what matters.
3. It requires reliability and accountability - Commitment isn't a one-time event, you have to be consistent. It means committing to the process and holding people accountable to improving. Success is the result of consistently showing up and doing the work day in and day out.
4. It takes effort - Commitment demands showing up, doing the work, and giving your all. It means consistent effort. It’s about bringing energy, pushing yourself to contribute to the team’s success, and looking for ways to grow and improve.
5. It means choosing resilience - Every team faces challenges, but resilience keeps them moving forward. Expect that there will be sacrifices, failures, criticisms, and rejections. Build the muscle of resilience. It’s about staying united, adapting to setbacks, and maintaining focus on the bigger picture.
