Truly honored and grateful to announce that I am the new Head Coach of the Boys National Prep Basketball Team and Director of Basketball Programs at Brewster Academy. Growing up in New Hampshire, I watched this program rise on the national stage and had the opportunity to compete against it in the NEPSAC. To now return and lead the basketball program with such rich history, tradition, and national excellence is incredibly meaningful. I want to sincerely thank Head of School Kristy Kerin and the entire Brewster Academy administration for their trust and belief in me. I’m also deeply appreciative of everyone who has supported and guided me along the way, this opportunity is a reflection of all of you. To Hargrave, the past three years were special. Team Pittman 6’4 2028 Ellington Wall (Albemarle HS, NC) is a rangy and athletic wing who can beat you in a variety of ways. A serious threat with the jumper with range that extends effortlessly beyond the arc he moves without the ball nicely not only along the perimeter but with quick basket cuts. Great hands and ability to finish in and around the rim. “LJ” can beat you off the bounce playing off timely dribble hesitations accompanied by rangy strides and a quick burst. He can also post you up where he establishes a strong base, seals his man nicely and has a nice touch. Also uses shot fakes effectively around the rim and crafty footwork.
