In my session tonight, my therapist told me: “Lead hearts, not people.” That perspective shifted everything for me and opened up a new way of thinking and leading.

The more I coach the more I realize how easy it is to be a great basketball player in this generation. 1. Workout consistently 2. Play hard 3. Be coachable 4. Stay confident If a player can do these things consistently they will be good if not great players.
