Epic night last Saturday. We'd a couple of American basketballers staying with us for a week. Franny and Shane, legends the two of them. 35pizzas knocked out.

My setup earlier for a few Sunday pizzas.

Water damage to the oven means add a bit of heat. Should sort it out, long term rebuild will be needed at some stage.

Put with the old...in with the new. Another summer pizza party.

A few nice pizzas last night...just south of Barcelona. Hopefully get the oven lit soon.

@GettingCooked Nice work. My brush only lets me push to the back of the oven. Might invest in a new one.

I'm making pizzas today, and am experimenting with a new position for the fire and the pies. Instead of having the fire at the back I've moved it to the side, in order to more easily follow the arch of the oven l, giving a more even heat. I'll let you know how it goes.

The rain won't stop me. The dough is looking great.
