If there’s one thing I hope Kane Parsons improves upon in his career as a filmmaker, it would be to avoid making it obvious as to which characters among his cast will end up being typical horror fodder. Perhaps minor characters can be fleshed out to make you care a little too.

my first instinctual thought abt the entity is that it’s not a still life but the bacteria. it had spent so much time with clark it had learned his deepest fears and became what he feared most (himself). we know the bacteria can mimic, why not also its appearance?
