Less spacious, no back garden for kids, appreciation is low, difficult to sell unless you don’t mind taking a cut, crippling service charge and ground rent

@code_Kaizen @iSlimfit You can pick up a flat for £150k a couple of miles outside Birmingham - a similar property 20 miles outside London may cost over £300k
