Chelsea’s transfer strategy is finally changing, and honestly, it was needed. The new reported criteria is clear: Chelsea will now target more ready-made players between the ages of 24 and 28. Not just young talents with potential, but players already experienced, physically developed, mentally stronger, and capable of improving the team immediately. That is a massive shift from the project-heavy recruitment we’ve seen over the last few years. For too long, Chelsea built a squad full of raw prospects all learning at the same time. Talent was never the issue. The problem was balance. You cannot compete at the highest level with a dressing room lacking enough proven leaders, experienced winners, and players already prepared for Premier League pressure. Every top side has that mix. Chelsea lost it. This new approach could finally bring stability back to the club. Keep the elite young talents, yes, but surround them with players entering their prime years, players ready to perform now, not three seasons later. If Chelsea gets this summer right, this could be the beginning of a much smarter and more serious rebuild. (@richmoneymak22)

My Journey So Far 😩🔥 I started tech in January 2022… not knowing how far it would take me. Since then: - Mastered 13+ programming languages 🤫 - Landed my first tech job at 18 (Fintech) - Made my first $1k at 19 (Freelancing) - Launched my startup at 20 — collan.dev 🚀 - Now working with 2 fintech companies you never know how life will take you until you start 💜 Above all, I’m grateful to God for how far I’ve come 🙏🏻🔥 This is just the beginning.

Sometimes it’s not lack of motivation… it’s lack of network At home, the internet is barely stable. Most days, I can only get decent network late at night or early morning. It slowed my coding a lot, and honestly, it was frustrating. So I started leaving the house just to find better network and get work done. Then recently, I discovered something funny right outside my door, close to my neighbor’s room, the network is perfect. Now this my new coding spot. Network won’t stop me. Environment won’t stop me. I’ll always find a way to build.

The hardest part of coding that no one talks about🤦🏽‍♀️👨🏽‍💻💔 1) Staying consistent: Progress in coding is quiet and slow, and motivation doesn’t always show up when you need it. 2) Imposter syndrome: No matter how much you learn, there’s always someone who seems smarter, faster, or more “real” as a developer…. 3) The constant updates: You finally get comfortable with a framework… and boom, a new version drops. Or a “better” tool replaces the one you just mastered. 4) Tutorials vs actually building: Tutorials feel productive. Building projects feels uncomfortable….That discomfort is where real learning happens, but it’s way easier to watch another video than to stare at a blank file and make decisions on your own. 5) The overwhelming amount to learn: Frontend, backend, databases, cloud, DevOps, testing, performance, security… it never ends … The trick isn’t learning everything, it’s accepting that you never will, and getting really good at learning what you need when you need it.

AI can write code. But it still can’t explain why your layout breaks on mobile or why your state keeps resetting. That’s why web dev fundamentals still matter. #WebDev #AI #Frontend

Learning web development in public has changed everything for me. Posting progress keeps me accountable, attracts the right people, and opens doors I didn’t expect. Your timeline can be your portfolio.

Code. Break things. Debug. Learn. Push to GitHub. Improve the project. Repeat. This boring routine is how real web developers are built over time.

The future of web development isn’t about learning more frameworks. It’s about strong fundamentals, clean code, and knowing how to leverage AI to work smarter. Trends change. Fundamentals don’t.

Everyone wants to be a full-stack developer… until it’s time to center a div, fix CSS overflow, and make the layout responsive on all screens. Web dev humbles you daily 😅

In web development, your portfolio matters more than your CV. Hiring managers want proof, not promises. Ship real projects, document your process, and let your work speak for you.

Web developers who don’t use AI won’t be replaced. But web developers who know how to use AI properly will definitely replace those who don’t. AI is now a productivity tool, not a shortcut. Learn it or get left behind.
