GaryVee's advice to every brand on earth: put 20% of your entire marketing budget into organic social production. @garyvee says CMOs waste 93 cents of every dollar. The ANA tracked what happens to a dollar inside programmatic advertising. Only 36 cents reaches an actual human. The rest vanishes into ad tech fees, invalid traffic and junk inventory. Total waste hit $26.8 billion last year, up 34% in two years. Meanwhile creator led content, the stuff that looks "free," posted a long term ROI multiplier of 3.35 in the IPA's 2025 effectiveness study. Linear TV scored 3.27. Organic native content now beats television at building brands. When a founder posts on social media: >Distribution costs nothing >Every post is market research , you learn what lands bfore spending a cent >An ad rents attention,a founder's account owns it The smartest teams already run this play: content proves itself organically then paid dollars go only behind winners. Advertisers spent $8.9B amplifying creator content last year. That figure jumps 48% this year. Founders tell me they don't have time to post. Meanwhile they'll approve a $40K ad budget where, per the ANA's math, $25K evaporates before touching a human. so founders,I am not asking you to abandon ads, just stop guessing with money. Post first, learn what lands then put dollars behind proof. Thats the whole playbook and its free to start.

A founder who stays silent is asking the market to guess. We all know markets are lazy. They guess from scraps: A homepage,a job post, a deck,a few secondhand impressions. Then they move on. That’s why content matters more now than it did five years ago. It is no longer a side activity for the “marketing team.” It is how a founder teaches the market how to read the company. The best founders I know use content to do something very specific: They reduce the cost of believing in them. A great post can do in three minutes what a polished pitch never quite manages. It can show how you think when the answer isn’t obvious. It can reveal whether your ambition is real or borrowed. It can make a future hire feel the standard. It can let an investor see the quality of your judgment before you ever meet. It can make a customer think, “These people actually understand my problem better than I do.” That is the real game. You are not feeding the algorithm. You are building an archive of conviction. Over time, that archive becomes distribution. People find one essay then another. They start quoting your framing in meetings you’re not in. They send your post to a colleague. They remember your name when the need becomes urgent. By the time the call happens, the sale is already partway done. Founders often treat writing as decoration around the company. It isn’t. In crowded markets, writing is part of the product, part of distribution and part of trust. If you want people to back you, buy from you or join you, don’t just ship features. Publish your mind.

Creating content is easy. Turning ideas into polished, brand-ready assets is the hard part. Scotty feels like an AI creative director that actually gets the job done. It can script, generate visuals, produce voiceovers, and assemble everything in one workflow, while connecting with tools like Gmail, Google Sheets, and Shopify to automate the boring parts. The best part? You stay in control, nothing gets published without your approval. Excited to see where this goes.
AITOPIA@AITOPIAai

Scotty doesn't replace your creative process. It speeds it up. Meet Scotty's skills: product unboxing videos, UGC, documentaries, cinematic scenes, animation, music, realistic podcasts, and a lot more. This is Scotty, AITOPIA's new SuperAgent. Give it a brief, get finished creative work. Try now! scotty.aitopia.ai

Three years ago, he was one more engineer in Chinese big tech. Today, an entire AI lab speaks through him. In 2023, Ryan Lee made the bet that defines every great tech career: He left the comfort of established internet giants for MiniMax , a young Shanghai AI startup most of the world hadn't heard of. Then he went to work: >@RyanLeeMiniMax helped build Xingye, the AI companion app that became a cornerstone of MiniMax's consumer business >He led the early development of @MiniMax_AI Agent, laying the foundation for its Agent 2.0 leap >He kept writing code the whole time , streaming pipelines, login flows, developer tools. A Hong Kong University of Science and Technology graduate who never stopped being an engineer, even after his title changed His defining project: orchestrating the complete open source release of MiniMax's M2.5 model. Strategy, process, community , all of it ran through him. Over 10,000 developer applications built on day one. Today @MiniMax_AI: 212 million users across 200+ countries. A Hong Kong stock exchange listing in January and this week, a fresh $2 billion raised to chase AGI. When the company announced that historic round, guess whose voice they chose to deliver it to the world? The engineer who joined 3 years ago. @RyanLeeMiniMax never chased a personal brand. He built products, shipped code and earned the trust of developers one honest interaction at a time until his credibility became one of his company's most valuable assets. Titles are given. Voices are earned. Join something young. Build like it's yours. The rest follows. Congrats to @MiniMax_AI and congrats to @RyanLeeMiniMax

Not every AI launch is just about improving performance. Some unlock entirely new possibilities for the ecosystem. LingBot-Video seems to do exactly that. Open source, robotics-focused, and built to scale. Excited to see what the community builds next.
Robbyant@robbyant_brain

Today we open-source LingBot-Video — the first MoE-based video foundation model built for embodied intelligence. 🔹30B params, only 3B active at inference. 🔹Augmented with 70K hours of embodied data on top of large-scale internet video pretraining. 🔹Already outperforming Wan2.6, Seedance 1.5 Pro, and Cosmos3 Super on RBench. 🧵👇
