A startup dies when ______.

Two weeks ago, AIDeckly had 0 users. Today, it crossed 100 daily visitors for the first time. Not a huge milestone. But every product starts somewhere. So far I've learned: • Shipping beats polishing. • Distribution is much harder than building. • One useful article is worth more than 10 feature updates. • SEO takes time, but compounds. Still a long way to go. Next goal: 1,000 daily visitors. Building in public. 🚀
