It’s clearly an alt account created specifically to win that giveaway. In the giveaway posts they retweeted, they failed to tag two friends or leave a $SOL address where required. We should report them immediately and get their account closed before they stay here any longer. They actually think Monarch is the founder of Duel and CSGOEmpire. But a true monarch would not behave in this way.
