@Philopearl_Afc ManCity wants to play underdog?! I think I've seen it all now...
English

🚨Set backs: Manchester City star Josko Gvardiol is injured and won't be available against Arsenal for the Carabao Cup final. Likewise, Marc Guéhi, who is not eligible to play according to FA rules.
Arsenal are also without their Captain Martin Odegaard who has been injured and the versatile midfielder Mikel Merino 😊.
Nobody go play underdog for here😂😂

@insanespotter @12welvez Let me follow you so I can hunt you later... Kfb
English

@codered_jsx @12welvez Haha, I see you! Back in the 2006 Champions League final, everyone hyped Arsenal, they were having an amazing season. But Barça had other plans, and the game told a different story. That’s football for you, expect the unexpected!
English

Culers, I’ve come to a realization, I think Hansi Flick has been quietly selling us a different story all along…
This high line FC Barcelona plays comes with one unavoidable truth: against any top team, conceding isn’t a “maybe”, it’s almost guaranteed. The real question is simple: can they outscore us?
Strong teams might exploit that space early, especially in the first half. But keeping that level of intensity and constant runs for 90 minutes? That’s where it gets difficult. As they fade, Barça gains the upper hand, pressing harder, winning the ball back quicker, and taking control of the game.
At the end of it all, it’s a shootout, can you outscore Barça or not?
So let’s be honest… this is the reality Flick isn’t openly saying. Because even if we sign world-class defenders, with this high line, do you really think Barça will stop conceding?
And at the end of the day, if Barcelona are physically dominant and in top form, there’s an 80% chance we’re winning that match.

English

@insanespotter @12welvez ...and last season is the same as this season?! And na this sense you dey take dey analyse football ba? !
English

@codered_jsx @12welvez lol the same thing you said against PSG last season 🤣
English

@insanespotter @12welvez What space?! Barca will have to get past the midfield in defense before facing the defense .. Emi yin a fe bo!

The man I buy car parts from is an igbo man. This car, is the exact kind of car he drives.
I have been his customer for over 2 years now since I came across him.
I have shared few experiences of my car being bashed. He has been the one selling for me when I need a part.
Why did I keep going to him? He has a very strong customer service behavior. My first day with him, he told me I look handsome. Even though I knew he was trying to be get me smiled, I felt relaxed pricing before I buy and even when I didn’t agree with the price. He said, “Oga, buy from me na abi you no wan make my pikin chop? Na because of you I come market o” Then I was like it’s just a difference of 1500. So I told him, I will check around, if I don’t see any lesser price I will buy from you. He said no problem Oga. So I went to price in few places and I returned because the price was the same or even more.
When I got back to him. He said, Oga, you don finally bring my pikin money. That was not what I was expecting. Many will behave otherwise. He remained friendly still. So I bought and left. That is how I became his customer for life.
But that is not even the story.
My last episode at PWD ikeja made me visit him again and after attending to me, it was already late and I didn’t take my car along.
He asked where I am living. I told him. Then it happens that he lives around my area so few minutes later he closed his shop and we left to the car. So we got to where he parked and this is the type of car he drives. I was surprised! Well, I will keep my reasons to myself.
So we got talking along the way and realized I was talking to a business genius who never stepped on the university ground. He told me he has been in this business since 2009. How he started from selling electronics DVD gadgets to selling motor parts. He said he has 3 shops in different part of Lagos.
Told him about myself, it was then he knew my name and we dived into family discussion. Just at that moment, we got infront of his house. His was before my bus stop.
It was there I had to look at him again. He said this is my house Oga. I was like na you gan gan be Oga. This man literally built a mansion. I couldn’t stop gazing. He said Mr Akeju, I am raising another 8 flats in your area which i will be renting out.
At that point, I was seeing a different man with purpose. As in success as a human being. Even at this revelation, he remained humble still. He invited me to come inside so he could entertain me as we already got along. All I could say is, another time Oga.
And I applied many of what he said to my life.
Here is a man without BSC or MSC who understands business and “customer-retention” than many graduates working in offices.
A man who is constantly thirsty for more success even when success sure.
A man ‘practicalising’ economics even than those who studied economics.
A man who understands that you don’t wear riches, but rather invest it.
He is a case study and there are many like him who makes gold but do not wear gold.
Dear youths, there is more to life than the Venza, Prada, 10k dolls neck chain.
I believe there are many more to learn here..

We can't keep waiting for the world to bring industrial automation to Nigeria. We have to start building it ourselves.
After 300+ hours of non-stop fabrication, spending more than 5kg in material, and gathering hundreds of individual components, this is the foundation of a 6-axis robotic arm built entirely from scratch.
They say hardware is hard. Doing it here is even harder. But holding the pieces of what this could become is a feeling I can't quite describe. Let's see if all the math was right. Assembly begins tomorrow.

Khalifa@El__Yaq
I’m planning to build four robots in 2026. 1 Something for the kids (ok, me)- maybe a bigger spider bot 2 Some automation mechanism like a conveyor system because mechatronics 3 Something inspired by human anatomy 4 The main project for the year, an industrial grade robotic arm

@jayhatessociety @drizzborges_ @Juicycags This prompt really gave away your level and knowledge of football which is almost non-existent. None of those Ozil pass situations is a direct pass. They're all difficult situations that require a very high technical skill to execute but an olodo will always be olodo...

I recently made a post about Lagos implementing a rent-to-own scheme, and many people shared their opinions about how it was a good idea. However, someone actually reached out to me from Lagos Homs and informed me that they already have a rent-to-own program, which has been ongoing since the time of Governor Fashola. He was the one who implemented it, and that is truly impressive.
A lot of information gets lost simply because there is no proper communication channel. I didn’t even know there was a rent-to-own scheme under Lagos Homs, so I really appreciate this update.
This is for everyone interested in the rent-to-own scheme: I will tag the government handle in this post and also provide a link to the official website.
Here’s how it works: you can rent-to-own a home by paying a 5% down payment and spreading the remaining cost over about 10 years. However, it’s best to contact Lagos Homes directly to get accurate and up-to-date information. Avoid middlemen, and go straight to the government, they will be happy to assist you.
Instead of paying exorbitant rent in Lagos, this scheme is a better and more sustainable option.
There are Lagos Homs properties all over the state,on the island, on the mainland, in every local government. I even got pictures of homes in Epe. If there is any local government in Lagos without Lagos Homs, feel free to mention it in the comments. The government may see it and consider investing there.
As Nigerians, we should share correct and helpful information, because we never know who might see it or who it could help.
