Two weeks ago, I moved my tech community to WhatsApp. It’s been a great step, but I’ll be honest, engagement is still low. People are there, but conversations are quiet, and I’m trying to understand what I might be missing. If you’ve built a community before, what actually worked for you in the early stages? How do you get people to actively participate instead of just joining? I’m open to learning and improving 🙏
