MLB should absolutely not be allowing Shohei Ohtani more time to warm up than any other pitcher. It’s Ohtani’s choice to be a two-way player. Hitters should not have to wait around for additional time between innings because a guy on the other team can’t get warmed up in the same amount of time as everyone else. Either he can handle the rigors of being a two way player or he can’t. But changing the rules for him is ridiculous.

Torn a bit on this subject. Ohtani is special, and perhaps he does need more time since he’s pitching and batting, however I’ve never seen the league give someone that much grace when it comes to warming up and being ready. What’s everyone’s thoughts?
