How do i get in enough protein?
Im down to my goal weight (190lbs, 6'2") and im supposed to cram in 180-200g of protein?!?
Im doing pretty great on my diet but find it hard to get anywhere near that. Is it bad to have a protein shake 3 times a day? (say at NOON, then 3pm, then 7pm)?
