@joshembling @le_bassett I worked for Tesco 20 years ago and they used to do this. Lots of 4.15pm-8.30pm shifts so that you would go straight through with no break.

@le_bassett If this is Wetherspoons I’m not surprised. They used to put me on 5.5 hour shifts instead of 6 so I wouldn’t be legally entitled to any break (2012/13). Wonder if that’s still a thing? Scummy asf to maximise revenue, exploiting the very people that are making the money for them.
