Introducing a new general project update. March and April were silent months across our main channels, but not inactive. Over the past month and a half, we continued to push updates to ensure product stability while developing the integration of new providers. Some time ago, we announced two directions: an open-source project and an agent framework. After many meetings with the team and deep feasibility analysis, we reached a clear conclusion: to fully develop an open-source agentic framework, also available through a cloud version hosted by us. For the first few months, it will remain closed-source until the official release, in order to consolidate the product, the cloud infrastructure, and security. This framework is being built to make finance, an extremely competitive and complex world, simple and, above all, accessible to anyone. No advanced knowledge will be required to start: the system will guide the user, explain risk, and prevent decisions that are inconsistent with their operational profile. Today, financial illiteracy across the world is still massive. Too many people lose money because they are manipulated by their emotions or because of operational inexperience. $TREND has been REALLY making big steps toward their goals and is one of the ecosystems I’ve always communicated to be a long term hold. The growth and network has grown 10 fold and the dev has been not only a very honest man. But also been amongst the MOST hardworking I’ve met. The NFTs price at .05 ETH and giving people and option to trade it in for the specified amount on each one truly makes it a first mover. The fact that you can mint different rarities carrying more company shares is really cool. The token is way undervalued at a $230k MC and I’m seeing more and more that has been put in place to really make Trend something that people are utilizing more and more each step that they take. This is a massive signal. The stablecoin market just hit $314 billion. Transaction volume hit $46 trillion last year - three times Visa. The GENIUS Act will hand stablecoins their first federal framework. Kraken became the first crypto firm to access Federal Reserve payment rails. All of this is pointing in the same direction: crypto is transitioning from something people hold to something people spend, we see it everyday. The infrastructure is being built at the highest levels of global finance - and once that infrastructure is in place, spending crypto on real assets becomes the most natural thing in the world. Cars, property etc - things that hold value. Adoption is happening right now, its not even a question anymore.

Hello, Ultimately, we have decided not to organize a new token launch and to keep the current token. There are several reasons for this decision: Project credibility: launching a new token could create confusion and harm trust. Market conditions: raising funds through a new token is currently very difficult (one only needs to look at the performance of recent launches on PinkSale). Avoiding dilution of early investors and protecting the interests of previous participants. Preserving the existing structure and continuing to build on the foundations already established. We therefore plan to restore the liquidity that had been removed from the token, in order to reestablish better market conditions. An alternative solution we are currently exploring is the sale of company shares (equity). We could open up to 20% of the company’s capital, based on a current estimated valuation of $2 million, which represents $10,000 for 1% ownership. We are currently searching for a platform that would allow us to structure and distribute this equity sale, which may take some time. If this option does not materialize, we also have a Plan B, which we will discuss at the appropriate time.
