Hello, Ultimately, we have decided not to organize a new token launch and to keep the current token. There are several reasons for this decision: Project credibility: launching a new token could create confusion and harm trust. Market conditions: raising funds through a new token is currently very difficult (one only needs to look at the performance of recent launches on PinkSale). Avoiding dilution of early investors and protecting the interests of previous participants. Preserving the existing structure and continuing to build on the foundations already established. We therefore plan to restore the liquidity that had been removed from the token, in order to reestablish better market conditions. An alternative solution we are currently exploring is the sale of company shares (equity). We could open up to 20% of the company’s capital, based on a current estimated valuation of $2 million, which represents $10,000 for 1% ownership. We are currently searching for a platform that would allow us to structure and distribute this equity sale, which may take some time. If this option does not materialize, we also have a Plan B, which we will discuss at the appropriate time.
