@billgrass1 them going up in value doesn’t matter if there’s no cashflow coming from it and the market doesn’t put a value on them

Well Liquidity.Io is the closest thing to a startup. Karus is a going concern and most probably profitable by now. They have originated millions in auto loans. . Zippy while newer is also a going concern. So those two investments will/ have gone up in value. Liquidity is the question mark. Surely the smart money is aware of all this…if I am. Very puzzling.

I’m wondering if the hiring of the lawyer by FRMM is to stave off legal challenges by PIPE investors and upset shareholders - as suggested by Capy. Two law firms were involved. The weak price action could be a a result of legal challenges?!! Is there any way to find out directly from management?!
P..S. Looks like we are going below $3 a share today! @ManningCapital_ @capybaraReborn @Coins @bpemble @forummarkets $ethz

@billgrass1 I can’t speak for people but tossing ~$50M of investors money into startups probably freaked some people out, well we know it did cause I seen them complain on the timeline when it happened.. It can be seen as “up in the air” of what they’ll do with the ~65,000 ETH

@Coins What worries me is this kind of market inefficiency- the discount to NAV per your calculations- is surprising. Something is holding investors - the smart money - back. The truth is, even if this company fails and liquidates that would generate approximately $8 a share.

@UK_Daniel_Card This brings back Google “dorking” memories of like 20 years ago

@billgrass1 I doubt they’d comment on pending or ongoing legal issues, that’d be material information

The market knows. The collective wisdom of the crowd! Given the tiny float - 12 million shares - and given its thinly traded, even a small move to sell on any negative legal news could send the shares down. I wonder if you could contact someone in the company and get feedback on this issue, directly from the horses mouth. That would be appreciated by one and all. Regards.

It’s the fact they are so caught up in owning the entire value chain.. which on paper is a great idea.. but trying to sell your tokens in the middle of the forest (liquidity.io) is proving to not be that great as of now. They should be negotiating with other exchanges that have more than 10 customers and bring at least a portion of the tokens over to somewhere with users.

@Coins @DamianBrad24715 @ManningCapital_ @billgrass1 @capybaraReborn @bpemble @forummarkets I agree with that. Proving the flywheel works is definitely important. But I also think marketing, outreach, and business development will play a big role in bringing that liquidity. If more investors start to understand the model, the flywheel might start turning.

I maybe be too pessimistic about FRMM’s prospects! I just found some really good news. Look at the new hedge funds that have bought into FRMM in Q4! This is excellent and exciting news!

To get real value they will need to prove this flywheel to be real.
Like cool they figured out how to tokenize stuff within the legal framework.. great.
Until they can prove they are able to sell out the tokens, get their cash back, and recycle the cash back into more assets we’re going to sit here in no mans land.
They have the framework
They have the technology
They have the deal flow
They have the exchange
They have everything needed except liquidity. If they can find liquidity, the flywheel starts and the market will start giving them their flowers.
Right now it’s like they are pulling on the cord to start the lawnmower, and it’s just not starting.

@Coins @DamianBrad24715 @ManningCapital_ @billgrass1 @capybaraReborn @bpemble @forummarkets I agree. But that kind of valuation probably assumes they stop selling ETH. The repeated sales might be part of why the market is still discounting it.
English

@YeolChoeju716 @DamianBrad24715 @ManningCapital_ @billgrass1 @capybaraReborn @bpemble @forummarkets Mathematically yes
But will the market give us that? Not yet.
English

@Coins @DamianBrad24715 @ManningCapital_ @billgrass1 @capybaraReborn @bpemble @forummarkets If we calculate based on this table, does that imply a fair value of around $10.5 per share? And if ETH reaches $4,000, would that push the value closer to $17 per share?
English

@YeolChoeju716 @DamianBrad24715 @ManningCapital_ @billgrass1 @capybaraReborn @bpemble @forummarkets As of right now the company has roughly ~$200M in assets, with at least ~$150M of that being hard highly productive cash flowing assets.
The current valuation is a joke.
NET assets, zero debt.

English

@DamianBrad24715 @ManningCapital_ @billgrass1 @capybaraReborn @Coins @bpemble @forummarkets I see your point. Right now ETH might be the main driver, but longer term I think the real thesis is the RWA strategy. ETH could simply be an additional upside.

Hi @cakewallet when sending extremely low amount of ETH (<0.0000005) the UI tweaks the fuck out and displays 5 eth 😭😭
