@col4zero @0rganbby hey i once went from ~90kg to 68kg in about four months, its definitely doable. also break it down into weeks, you actually want to lose ~2lbs a week which doesnt sound as daunting as 15kg and can be done relatively safely

my current goal is to go down 15 kg before october 🙏 chat is that realistic i don’t want to get my hopes up
