International Credit Union Day is almost here! This week, we’re celebrating the credit union movement. Canadian credit unions serve over 11 million members and returned $227 million to them in 2024, staying true to the cooperative principles.

Today, CCUA’s Ontario Government Relations team met with the office of MPP @MohamedFirinYSW to introduce the credit union system and highlight the pivotal role credit unions play in the financial well-being of individuals, families, and communities across Ontario.
