My Daily Checklist 🗒️ Every Day, I have a "Will I?" and "Was I?". Forces me to take accountability before and after the trading session. Here is my list, " Will I? ": - 9:30a-11:00a - No Expectations - Follow Strategy - Emotionless & Focused - Trust God W/L - Be Patient - Only take a trade I wouldn't be upset to lose (recently added) I like to check off before making a promise to myself, knowing I do have to come back later to see if I kept my promise. Pressure from within
