@CardPhilthy@HuskerWrestling Agreed, but in 197 neither guy really had any action at all. Like yes OSU didn’t have shot attempts but neither did Nebraska until the last 10 seconds with a bunch of half shots.
@coldbrewbeats@HuskerWrestling Would actually be interesting to see the discrepancy. I felt both teams had matches where neither guy took more than 1 real shot.
Hell, OSU won at 197 and their wrestler took 0 shot and attempted 0 turns.
Not a dual Id show to get people interested in the sport
@HolyDeuce@okstatediehard@HuskerWrestling I agree I wish both guys would have shot more. Much rather watch that than a ride out. But he bested him fair and square unlike Taylor who won via poor officiating.
@splral_ham@HuskerWrestling Yeah. I just hate to see matches won by poor officiating. So unsatisfying to win that way, when one guy has 4x the shots as their opponent that should be noted. I even checked the rule handbook and there were at least 2 fleeing the mat stalls from Taylor that weren’t called.
re: knxwledge, I just wish ppl valued instrumental music the way they value music w vocals/lyrics. I still can’t really wrap my head around why instrumental music/production is often treated like a second class citizen as if it’s not the backbone of everything we listen to ?
septober actually got people interested in the artist behind the beats. more than I have seen anyone else achieve in the lofi scene since I been here nearly 4 years ago.
@coldbrewbeats also can’t tell if this is supposed to be a personal jab but people really like to exaggerate how much lofi girl contributes to streams.. less than 1/4 of my 2022 streams were from them
@steezyprime i think he is pretty creative with his clothing, and the creation of his beats. he definitely has his own sound which can’t be said for a lot of lofi producers. I’m sorry that his “uncreative” videos are getting more ears to his music than any of your performance vids have.
@coldbrewbeats you seem to be conflating “creative” and “original”. sure performance videos aren’t “original” but we can both agree that music composition/performance is, at it’s core, creative and imaginative. i can’t say the same about staring into a camera every day
