@askyfullofbands Open a chat with DHL, send them the UQ number and ask if they can check anything, that's the best first start imo.

@coldplayjens They sent me a UQ number for my package today, asking me to go ask my local post offices whether they have it (which sounds ridiculous to me because no way it will be there), but is there something I can actually do with it? Do you know?

Final update:
I received my order thanks to the help of @debswild. If you're in the same, or similar situation, please try and escalate your issue with customer support. Don't settle for just a refund if they claim to have shipped out your order. 1/2

Update: After asking BSI Merch for a tracking code of my parcel, they replied: “Unfortunately due to a rare technical error, I am unable to pull up your order's UQ number at this time” What a circus, my theory of it never being sent in the first place intensifies.

@askyfullofbands I'm so sorry for this, something must have gone wrong on their side. I still don't believe they sent out these orders since we are quite a large group. Don't accept the refund and elevate the issue to their leadership.

So, BSI "lost" my order (I don't believe they ever shipped it), and cannot replace them so now I just can't get the signed LP and notebook edition even though I pre-ordered the exact moment it went live on coldplay.com. Please please help @debswild @coldplay 😢

@coldplayjens @debswild @coldplay Hey, I’m really sorry to hear this, my order was lost too. I wanted to let you know, in case you didn’t already, that they’ve just restocked the notebook edition vinyl, so hopefully you can get hold of that, even if we’ve both missed out on the signed print!

Almost 2 months since the release of MOON MUSiC and I still didn’t received my PREORDERED LP.. On top of that, BSI don’t reply to my mails anymore 😕
