These people don’t even watch the sport.
Team has Michael Porter Jr, Julius Randle, Day’Ron Sharpe, some talented depth pieces, $31 million in cap space to play with and a ton of draft capital. The just won 20 games while tanking last year.
Will they be good? No, they won’t. But they won’t be some horrendous team next year. Have one of the best coaches in the NBA too.

I don’t care what just happened recently……. Jalen Brunson IS NOT better than Trae Young as a player as a whole and for sure not as a PG!! And never has been. I stand on that. Not in high school, college or pros. Same draft, drafted higher…… Brunson had a better TEAM this year. But what have they done individually as players Trae has never been a #2 option. Brunson has. Brunson avg 19,5,3 for a career. Trae 25, 9, 5. Man yall better relax!! I love the Knicks won it all. Good for them but let’s not let recent history blind us. Trae is THAT GUY and yall try and act like he not. Have a great day ✌🏾

Brooklyn is the most populated borough in NYC. We were able to get KD and Kyrie in Free Agency and still get big time celebs at games when we’re bad.
It’s clear as day Brooklyn’s been a big upgrade for the franchise and anyone who tries to belittle them is just spewing ignorant BS.

The Brooklyn Nets should seriously consider moving back to Jersey. Probs have a better fanbase and if it’s about Barclays having a sports team presence well we have the Liberty there now. The Nets are irrelevant.

Yea I think this Trae Young contract is worse than the De'Aaron Fox deal. I bet the Wizards start reasonably hot next year and their fans dig this tweet back up, but in the long run, that deal is just a significant overpay. I would've let him walk.

Knicks are funny. The Spurs had many battles with the Lakers from 1999-2013 in the playoffs. Kobe and Shaq never gave credit to anyone until they retired. Accept it #porvida
