everyone has their own strengths, the best thing you can do is understand your skills and hire for your weaknesses
If you’re a great designer, partner with a killer dev and distributor.
but I’d say sales is the #1 skill you can learn on top of your core competency
If you can sell yourself and your vision, you can hire for everything else

If you treat the creators properly, they will want to work together 12 month +
