Not normally one for self promotion but proud of what I have achieved this year. Started running beginning of June and couldn't do more than a minute at a time. Since then I have lost over 4 stone and ran a 22.27 5km, a 48.36 10km and a 1.47.08 half marathon. Not bad for 51!

Depleted squad today v high level Vic Colts. Important we turned up & gave 100% & that we did 💪🏻 0-0 at ht having had our own chances was a great effort. A competitive game throughout with us having no luck with decisions but taken away pride from this despite defeat MOM Jake🏆

@stmichaelsu14 Agree it is hard with lads missing isn't it, we had a few missing too unfortunately meaning we only had one sub, no keeper and also had 2 carrying injuries. Thought is was a fair result from what I saw.

2-1 up v Mossley Hill & had plenty of chances to increase our lead. Conceding a 2nd took the wind out of our sails. 6 lads missing you need everyone at it & that wasn’t us today. It was a game that we should’ve won with chances we had. 3-2 loss no complaints. MOM - Luke 👏🏻👏🏻

Finished a respectable 4th, good result given he has only done long jump once prior in PE and in Henry's words, "the ones that came infront of me all had like spikes and routines so they obviously practice it regularly"!

Another day, another sport! Henry has been selected to represent his school in the long jump in the Liverpool District Athletics Championships next week!

Proud of Owen today at the NW Open Water Regionals, 2k Swim & although not at his best as full of cold he finished 3rd in the NW & 2nd in Lancashire. 🥈🥉 Was still enough to qualify for the National Championships in Sheffield!!

Cup QF tonight for the lads and the first half we where half asleep but a good half time team talk 😂😂 managed to get the lads playing and second half we where excellent to progress to the SF next week. MOTM’s David and Alfie
