Went from 0-14k only streaming live on TikTok. TikTok attention span is built different and you need to have some level of visual hook always-on to stop scrolling. That’s the first gate. Then you need to assume you’ve got about 30 seconds to catch their attention and have them make an “emotional purchase” in following usually with a direct ask. Ride follow waves. When one person engages one way, tell folks to hop aboard and make it a wave. TikTok rewards waves of activity in live. Constant pressure, constant sales, genuinely the only way to survive - but it works. I promise.

@ShadzyG massively better than before. from 0-3 person streams to consistent numbers. TikTok great for discoverability and micro conversion on the spot (cool thing happens, ask folks to follow, say it helps you, all this is true, profit) I do small, medium, large shows intentionally now
