@FlippingSchools John worked with my leadership team some years ago when it was a new idea to federate schools. He was a deep thinker and totally inspired us to be collaborators! A huge loss!

Very sadly we must report the death of co-author John West-Burnham. Through his writing, speaking, thought & wisdom, his contribution to nurturing a broader, more humane vision of education, & the leadership needed for that to thrive, was immense & will be sorely missed. RIP John

Great to see the Stamford junior sailors competing at Rutland Youth and Junior Championships last Saturday. For most of these sailors if was their first ever event so great to see how far they have come. Also well done to Issy, Oli and Ethan who also competed.

A brilliant day of CPD up here in York on the @ThePiXLNetwork Exceptional Senior Leaders course. Highly inspired by our opening speakers @SteveBrownGBWR and @RAFRedArrowsOC who have both achieved immeasurable successes in their fields.
