@Dolan1874 @Morton_FC Fair comment. I was so close to it, Strapp did well to get up pretty quickly after the hit, but that's why you'd be thinking he's at it. Honestly think ref had a good game(I know you'd expect me to say that as a ♦️😅)

@colin4298 @Morton_FC Yeah that's a far better angle. Don't think we can have any complaints over that tbh. Looked fine from the other angle imo but once you're behind it it's a clear red.

@colin4298 @Morton_FC I still don't think Ballantyne's was a red card personally, however as Murray said in his interview he gave the referee a decision to make. Main's however, was ridiculous. Would be absolutely fine with that being his last Morton game. A shocking and needless challenge.

@Dolan1874 @Morton_FC Updated thoughts? Mains was Def worse. But on both instances gave the ref a decision to make between red and yellow. Ballantynes was too high and hard. Main had 2 feet off the floor lunging it. Both ridiculous and actually look worse on the replay to me

@Morton_FC Referee killed the game with the Ballantyne red card, a shocking decision. We were still in the game, then Main commits a totally ridiculous and needless challenge. A team already ravaged with injuries and a red card, and he does that. An incredibly stupid decision.

@PaisleyPan98 @pieandbov That was the arguement against Scotland in the Euros... Difference here is, he's clearly moving his foot to the ball to get his shot away. Clear pen all day long, not a hard or dubious decision

@pieandbov If you pay close attention , you can see that the airdrie player plants his left foot on the by line and actually motions towards Kings stride rather than to carry on his run , attempting to promote the penalty. It’s very slight , but well spotted by Clancy. Surprising.

An absolutely scandalous decision, what in the name of fuck was Clancy thinking here??? One of our top officials!!!!!

@AirdrieFanTV Everything we'd have asked for before the game, except the result. Played great, some real battling performances. McKinnon and Barjo were the standouts for me, Stone and Strapp were excellent too. Clear pen, changes the game if given-but rather focus on how great we were ♦️👏
