He is residing in Oshawa as part of the release conditions. Police say Ray has a history of serious criminal convictions, including first-degree murder, and poses a significant risk to the community. The public notification is intended to enhance community safety and awareness. Ray is described as an Indigenous male, 5-foot-9, approximately 199 pounds, with an average build. He is bald and wears glasses. Authorities are urging residents to remain vigilant and to report any suspicious activity to police.
