@snowded @JimRuttShow Indeed. I’ve just started to coach teams adopting Agile in an engineering context. So already I can sense we will need to adapt the language of software into the hardware context, to keep it relevant and embrace the existing context and culture.

Listening to an @JimRuttShow podcast (always worth it) and it’s firming up my view that on of the major issues with agile lies in value/product definition and a ‘product owner’ will only work in limited contexts.
