En EEUU la leyes de price gouging se aplican en algunos estados bajo situaciones muy excepcionales como desastres naturales, con productos básicos como el agua. Los ticket de estacionamiento nunca entrarían en esa categoría.

@RobertoStekman5 Voy de nuevo. No es un debate teórico o ideológico: es ilegal. Se puede criticar la constitución todo lo que quieras, pero eso es otro tema. Ahora países como EEUU, España o Chile, donde se considera legitima se penalizan sus formas abusivas y es el inicio de la conversación no?

En Singapur el Estado posee el suelo, pero el ciudadano tiene un título de propiedad por 99 años transaccionable • Puedes vender. • Puedes hipotecar. • Es heredable. Es un modelo de mercado sobre base pública, el polo opuesto a la adjudicación sin títulos de la GMVV.

¿Que es lo raro? Es vivienda social de propiedad pública, funciona como una solución habitaciónal no como una transferencia de inmueble desde el Estado al ciudadano. Por ejemplo en Singapur el 80% de la población residente vive en apartamentos de propiedad estatal.

Quien no entienda como son la elecciones en USA puede tragarse esta mentira. En USA SOLO los ciudadanos pueden votar. Por ejemplo, un residente legal NO puede votar en elecciones para presidentes o congresistas. Si podría votar para elegir la junta de padres y representantes de la escuela de sus hijos y cosas así. Entonces afirmar esto es como decir “tenemos que derrotar a los extraterrestres”. Afirma una supuesta lucha contra algo que no existe.

Border Patrol agents are trained extremely well to protect themselves, their fellow agents, and innocent third parties. When a supposed “peaceful” protester brings a weapon (such as a loaded handgun) and brandishes it, there are going to severe consequences and repercussions. We have pleaded with and warned the media and the politicians that their irresponsible, hate-filled and false rhetoric is going to get people unnecessarily hurt, or worse, killed when they portray our agents and officers as the aggressors. They have encouraged these reckless confrontations and attacks on our agents and officers who are performing their lawful duties and enforcing the laws that Congress has put on the books. The fake and dishonest media and the shameless politicians should be held accountable for willfully misleading the public and enticing these protesters and agitators. We have full confidence that when more facts are revealed, our agents and officers will be shown to have utilized justifiable force in eliminating the threat.

Posting single isolated instances of ICE errors or overreach is not going to sway me from my opinion that the vast majority of ICE actions and encounters are totally legitimate. No system is perfect. When you're trying to deport millions of people there will always be errors. This is not a justification for halting all ICE operations. Perfection cannot be the enemy of the good. We have a big mess to clean up and potentially not much time to do it in. We must keep going.
