@maddy_rae01 If you’re wanting to lift weights go look at @collegecleankat on insta. She has a site where she posts a new workout everyday ranging from arms, legs, cardio etc. It tells you how many sets and reps and video demonstrations if you don’t know what a workout is. Only $10/mo.
