Drivers stopping for pedestrians and offering way when signalled - it's a level of consideration that's sadly rare elsewhere. But as with any evolving society, I've noticed a slight shift over the years. While the warmth still shines brightly in towns like Tipperary and Clonakilty, Dublin seems to be experiencing a bit of a change.
