Our last order of business was to officially dissolve now that our mission has been achieved. This account will now serve as a time capsule of our efforts. We thank all the public supporters & allies who helped us along the way. Together, we paved the way to pay equity! 💪

This week marks the first in a series of pay increases for Color Designers that will lead to pay equity with the rest of the Design crafts represented by the @animationguild by March of 2027. Our Committee celebrated this historic win and reflected on all our hard work yesterday.

Pay Equity for Color Designers is now locked in for Spring of 2027! 🎉

Solidifying this historic gain, with the timeline as shown, is contingent on ratification of this agreement. We encourage all TAG members make themselves familiar with the entire Memorandum of Agreement by attending a Town Hall and to then cast their vote beginning next week! 🗳️

With details of the @animationguild ‘s tentative agreement now public, we are pleased to share that a path to pay equity has finally been achieved for Color Designers in negotiations with the major studios! 🙌🎉

As we prepare for a ratification vote, we're hosting 3 town halls (2 on Zoom, 1 in person) to share the negotiations process, contract gains and more. Each town hall will cover the same subjects. These meetings are for TAG members only. Register now using the QR codes.
