2019 I made a brave decision to do a rotation in critical care at the peak of the pandemic, not knowing I love my job and what I do so much ☺️ Today I have been successfully appointed to the advanced pharmacist post in critical care. I am over the moon 🥳

@ShinyBlackShoe @nettycracknell Such a shame national standard dosing only happened with a CQUIN carrot/stick, given pressures in the service how can you justify not adopting RTA products? Gemcitabine has been around since at least 2018 let alone irinotecan & pemetrexed

@nettycracknell Do you think I got my point across about people being pharmaceutically selfish. The fact that you have (your own or someone else's) capacity not to use licensed bags, means capacity for something else is being restricted.
